Words are just words.
Have you ever found yourself agreeing to something or making a promise, while at the back of your mind you knew you wouldn’t necessarily follow through?
If so, congratulations – you’re human. We can do so much better though, with just a little awareness.
To me, integrity is doing what you said you were going to do, when you said you were going to do it.
It also means committing to something rather than just ‘leaving your options open’.
It’s easy to know what is really important to you – and each of you will have your own ways of doing that. Sometimes saying ‘no’, or being definite can be harder than the alternative. And, in my experience, integrity is always the better choice.Integrity by firstname.lastname@example.org
